shipping & returns POLICY
Here at Luxury Hair Ltd, we understand how important it is for our customers to receive their orders when it is expected; especially when your order is needed for special occasions.
We maintain a very high level of quality control whilst ensuring that our customers receive nothing short of the finest quality of human hair extensions and lace systems. Please allow 3-5 working days for payments to be processed to avoid fraudulent activities.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 to 10 working days. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Services. This is the procedure carried out for both UK and international customers.
2. Track your Order
The status of orders can be reviewed at anytime just by clicking Track Your Order on the home page.
3. Shipping Delays
Please keep in mind that UK bank holidays do not count as a working day, therefore Luxury Hair Ltd is not held responsible for any delays. Also note that there could be possibilities of delays resulting from natural disasters or courier delays as we are currently experiencing restrictions due to COVID-19.
4. Failed Deliveries
All orders are shipped through Royal Mail to the address provided. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as item(s) purchased have been dispatched. Do not hesitate to contact us if tracking number is not received. All orders purchased are signed for upon delivery and refunds are not issued if shipments are refused or abandoned.
5. Exchange/Return Policy All sales made are final due to the nature of our products.
Every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the standard requirements of our customers. They cannot be changed or cancelled. Carefully review all orders before completing payment. Luxury Hair Ltd is not accountable for errors made in orders. REFUNDS are not accepted due to hygienic purposes, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your products purchased we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or if the product is returned within 48 hours after the recorded receipt of the item. Luxury Hair Ltd will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or cut off due to sanitation requirements. All shipping and handling costs and will be at the customer's expense therefore we advice that you send items through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we will not be responsible for lost packages. Luxury Hair Ltd must receive merchandise before an exchange can be made. In the specific case of lace wigs or lace frontals, they will not be accepted for returns or exchanges due to hygienic purposes.
6. Delivery for Lace Closures, Lace Frontals, Custom Wigs, Full Lace Wigs and U-Part Wig
Lace products are usually shipped out within 7-10 working days once your payment has been processed. All dispatched items have an online tracking facility so you can monitor your package progress from the minute we send it off to the moment it arrives at your front door. We currently use DHL or Fedex to ship to all African nations and Royal Mail-Airsure Service which delivers to over 30 destinations worldwide including all EU countries; Australia, the USA and Canada (please click the link to view the other destinations Airsure delivers to)
We will make every effort to deliver within the time frame stated. However, as delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.
7. Delivery for other Products including Hair Extensions
Hair extensions are usually through a next day guaranteed delivery when ordered within the UK before 4pm GMT. All international orders will arrive within 7-14 working days via standard delivery. We currently do not have Express Delivery due to Covid-19 shipment delays. All international orders are provided with an online track-able service. We currently use Fedex/ Royal Mail/ DHL to delivery to all African nations and Royal Mail-Airsure Service which delivers to over 30 destinations worldwide including all EU countries; Australia, the USA and Canada (please click the link to view the other destinations Airsure delivers to) We will make every effort to deliver within the time frame stated. However, as delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that Luxury Hair Ltd is not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.
As time goes Luxury Hair Ltd will inform Members about promotional offers. This is subject to discretion.
9. Fraudulent activity
Fraud of any form is not accepted. Credit card fraud, theft of our merchandise and copyright of this site will be prosecuted.
