All sales made are final due to the nature of our products. Every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the standard requirements of our customers. They cannot be changed or cancelled. Carefully review all orders before completing payment. Luxury Hair Ltd is not accountable for errors made in orders.

REFUNDS are not accepted due to hygienic purposes, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your products purchased we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or if the product is returned within 48 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.

Luxury Hair Ltd will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or cut off due to sanitation requirements. All shipping and handling costs and will be at the customer's expense therefore we advice that you send items through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we will not be responsible for lost packages.

Luxury Hair Ltd must receive merchandise before an exchange can be made. In the specific case of lace wigs or lace frontals, they will not be accepted for returns or exchanges due to hygienic purposes.

Shipping

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Services. This is the procedure carried out for both UK and international customers.

Delivery for other Products including Hair Extensions

Hair extensions are usually sent out next day guaranteed delivery when ordered within the UK before 4pm GMT. All international orders will arrive within 5-7 working days via standard delivery. Express delivery will arrive in 2 working days. All international orders are provided with an online track-able service. We currently use Fedex to ship to all African nations and Royal Mail-Airsure Service which delivers to over 30 destinations worldwide including all EU countries; Australia, the USA and Canada (please click the link to view the other destinations Airsure delivers to) http://www.royalmail.com/delivery/delivery-options-international/airsure/details. We will make every effort to deliver within the time frame stated. However, as delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that Luxury Hair Ltd is not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.

KEEP YOUR HAIR SHINY & HEALTHY

Here are some tips to help you maintain your hair. 

SHAMPOO- We recommend that you apply good shampoo into your hair extension once a month. We don't advice to you wash your hair extension with a lot of shampoo as it strips away the natural oils of the hair.

CONDITIONER- We advise that you apply a modest amount of rich conditioner, like hair masks and leave in for 1 hour and ensure a thorough rinse with warm water to avoid hair damage, tangling and dull hair . This must be done at least once a week (Co-Wash) 

 

STYLING- Keep your hair extensions tangle free by gently combing with a wide tooth comb bottom up avoiding and tension. Bendy rollers can be used over night. We recommend that you enhance your waves with hot tools such us tongs, curling wands and straighteners/ flat irons.

 

HAIR CARE PRODUCTS- Avoid products containing alcohol as this leaves the hair feeling dry, dull and damaged. You may bleach, tint or perm your hair extensions at your own risk as this leaves the hair extensions feeling dry. Luxury Hair Ltd cannot guarantee the longevity of any hair that has been chemically treated. We recommend products such as Herbal Essence,  (MOROCCAN ARGAN OIL), Tresemme (NATURALS NOURISHING MOISTURE  SHAMPOO/ CONDITIONER), Moroccan   Curling Perfection Defining Cream(CURLY HAIR). We advise that you use a heat protectant product before applying heat into your hair extensions and we recommend Tresemme (HEAT DEFENSE STYLING SPRAY).
